Working with the PEG (Privacera Encryption Gateway) team to provide quality for data protection services offered by Privacera to industry giants like Apple, AT&T Labs, McKinsey & Co., Disney, Nike, Starbucks, and so on.

Worked with the CWR (CeX Web Reloaded) team to test new features and maintain existing functionalities for the desktop and mobile sites.

• Worked closely with the BA and development team to analyze the SRS to identify missing requirements, invalid workflows, and incorrect requirements to reduce the possibility of developing incorrect functionality or product.
• Evaluated the SRS and User Stories to device test plans and derived test cases at an early stage of development to have a better insight at the time of the QC process. Derived test cases using BVA, ECP, and Mind Maps apart from the final SRS.
• Evaluated the service contracts at the start of the development of APIs to identify the gaps and derive test cases based on parameters being passed and expected responses.

Worked with the CWR (CeX Web Reloaded) team to test new features and maintain existing functionalities for the desktop and mobile sites.

• Performed security scan using OWASP ZAP on the final release to identify whether any vulnerability has been introduced in the system.
• Identified test cases to be automated for the WeBuy website to reduce the efforts in repetitive testing. Wrote test cases in feature files in Cucumber Framework (BDD Framework).
• Detected and reported bugs, defects, and production issues found in the Desktop and Mobile sites and Android and iOS apps with appropriate priority and severity, followed up with stakeholders to find the root cause of issues and help resolve them.

Worked with the PG (Payment Gateways) team to test new features and fixes for payment methods catered by BookMyShow for smooth customer experience across desktop & mobile sites, Android, and iOS applications.

• Analyzed the requirements, product designs, API contracts by collaborating with the Product Owners, Design Team, and Technical SMEs to devise a Test Plan and estimate the efforts needed for the Quality Process.
• Performed Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, UI/UX Testing, and Sanity Testing as per the impact of the enhancement, fix, or integration for Android, iOS, Web, and Mobile Web.
• Tested new payment integrations such as UPI, Mobile Wallets, Vouchers, and so on.
• Identified automation test cases for the BookMyShow Android app by writing feature files in Cucumber Framework for Behavior-Driven Development of test cases.

Worked with the Engineering department to document workflows and create API documentation for the Kotak Securities platform.

• Created REST API documentation using Swagger by understanding the set of requests and responses and BO forms to reduce the time invested in Knowledge Transfer.
• Created Entity Relation Diagrams for a better understanding of the database. Also, created Data Flow Diagrams considering different possible scenarios to better understand data being migrated to various databases.
• Collaborated with different teams of developers to give inputs for various projects and to prepare user manuals for products developed.

Worked in the ePUB vertical to test the authenticity of the code included in the books in order to provide quality content to the end-user.

• Tested the authenticity of the code and steps included in the book from a customer-centric view and made sure all the errors are rectified before the publication date.
